In an enchanting hillside location, located between the characteristic Tuscan towns of Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino, is the Giardino delle Giare, a two-story villa surrounded by greenery and ideal for 4 people looking for privacy and tranquility. On the ground floor there is the living area consisting of a nice living room with sofas, TV and fireplace to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation even in the coldest seasons; a cozy dining room; a small but well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is the sleeping area consisting of a large bedroom with sofas which leads to the bathroom and the second double bedroom. Although communicating, both bedrooms have independent access to the outside. The true soul of this property, however, is the beautiful flower garden and the well-kept park. The well-equipped outdoor dining area consists of a second kitchen, built-in barbecue and wood-burning oven to enjoy outdoor grills and pizzas. In a suggestive panoramic position, the large swimming pool dominates the valley and is well equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and large dressing room with bathroom and shower. A stay at Il Giardino delle Giare will give you an unforgettable holiday in contact with nature not far from the famous Tuscan cities of art.

Beautiful rural location

We loved our time in this typical Tuscan property. The property owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The house itself is spacious for two people. Being an old property the kitchen is quite small and cooking smells tend to linger unless you open the garage door. This is an observation not a complaint. It was extremely hot during our visit so a/c struggled a bit but the owners very kindly provided a couple of fans which did help. The pool area is just amazing! Such an asset to the property. To just drop in to your own private pool after a day of sightseeing is pure magic! Very spacious area with beautiful lawn and lots of plants to admire. The area is a great location for visiting the Tuscan towns and villages. We had a fabulous two weeks in this property. Very private, quiet and extremely relaxing.Thank you to Michela and Julianna for a lovely memorable stay.

Total erholsam. Schönes Haus mit drei Schlafräumen (incl) Wohnzimmer couch). Irres großes Grundstück, ideal für unsere beiden Hunde. Toller Pool. Störend waren lediglich die Mücken und Bremsen, aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts. Wir würden wiederkommen
