Residenza di Lucia is a very charming apartment located on the top floor of a tiny old building inbetween two characteristic alleys in Castiglion Fiorentino historic centre. With a short walk you reach the main street, the historic centre is spotted with artisan shops, small restaurants and typical cafès where to relax and spend lovely moments. In the apartment furnishings, clothes and accessories offer a contemporary interpretation of the polished Classic style. The refined shades of walls, furnishings and the exquisite parquet; the large windows in the living area framing the spectacular view and the care for details, enhance and make every room welcoming and relaxing. The entrance opens onto the stylish living area composed of sitting room with comfortable sofa and TV. The very spacious and functioning kitchen with dining room is adorned by a nice glass door and is fully equipped with every necessary item. The sleeping area is composed of 2 bedrooms.The master bedroom is characterised by the warm golden glares and has ensuite bathroom with shower. the second bedroom has two single beds, big wardrobe and studio room.

Excellent!!

This property is an absolute gem! My husband and I studied in Castiglion Fiorentino several years ago and enjoy returning when we can. It was great to have accommodations in the city center. The residence is beautifully appointed. There was plenty of space for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful and responsive. I would rate this 10 stars if possible!
