La maison est conforme au descriptif, fonctionnelle et très confortable. La vue est magnifique, un peu loin de tout et au calme absolu. L'accès se fait par un petit chemin, en roulant tranquillement aucun problème. Le propriétaire est charmant. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour qui nous a permis de visiter de nombreux sites Toscans.

Paradiesisch und erholsam!

Ein wunderbar erholsamer Ort in absoluter Stille. Man kann dort super abschalten & zur Ruhe kommen.Das Haus & das Grundstück sind extrem sauber! Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist hervorragend,bei Probleme war er sofort zur Stelle & maximal hilfsbereit! Für die Anreise sollte man beachten, ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug zu nutzen,die Straßenverhältnisse zum Haus sind sehr schlecht. Für längere Aufenthalte wäre eine kleine Waschmaschine im Haus gut. Die Unterkunft ist mehr als empfehlenswert!

Gemischte Gefühle

Wir haben uns sehr auf die Ferien gefreut. Nach der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass der Pool nicht wirklich klares Wasser hatte. Es war milchig trüb. Der Vermieter erklärte uns dass sein Techniker in den Ferien sei und wir duschen könnten. Super. Dies ging 4 Tage so. Nach dem wir beim Veranstalter interveniert hatten kam dann auch ein Techniker der nach vier Tagen die Pumpe wieder zum laufen brachte. Den Fuss hat man aber auf einen Meter tiefe nicht mehr erkannt weil das Wasser so trüb war. Uns wurde aber gesagt, dass alles gut sei und die Qualität passe und wir baden können. Auch eine mehrfache Kontaktaufnahme mit Interchalet erziehlte keine Lösung. Der Besitzer wurde immer unfreundlicher und uns wurde angeboten das Objekt mit einer Rückerstattung. Schriftlich wollte uns das aber niemand geben. Nach einer Woche stellten wir fest das Interchalet nicht mal die Mails mit den Fotos und Videos der Sachlage angesehen haben. Und wurde angeboten nach den Ferien eine Beschwerde einzureichen und ein verlassen würde nicht erstattet, dies sei ein Fehler einer Kollegin. Der Besitzer wollte bei der Abreise und mit einem Entgegenkommen von 112 Euro überreden keine negative Bewertung und die Sache sein zu lassen. Dies werden wir nicht tun und die Angelegenheit der Reiseversicherung übergeben. Wenn man sich auf zwei Wochen Ruhe vom Alltag und ausspanne freut und dann nur solche Diskussionen hat ist dies ärgerlich. Die Region hat uns gefallen aber die Art und Weise wie Kunden seitens Interchalet und des Gastgebers betreut wurden nicht. Ausserdem tauchte er auch täglich mehrfach unangemeldet ohne Grund auf dem Anwesen auf. Wir sind anderes gewohnt und würden diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.

Ausgezeichnetes sehr gepflegte...

Ausgezeichnetes sehr gepflegtes Ferienhäuschen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt für uns als Paar. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand und vom sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümer sehr liebevoll gepflegt und in Stand gehalten. Gemütliche, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett, hervorragendes Bad mit moderner Dusche. Der Aufenthalt auf beiden Terrassen war sehr erholsam und angenehm. Die gelegentlichen abendlichen Besuche von einem kleinen Wildschweinchen waren sehr amüsant, handelte es sich doch um ein Gourmetschweinchen, das mit Hochgenuss und laut schmatzend die reifen Fallobstpflaumen verzehrte und sich dann fröhlich und sicher angeheitert wieder trollte. Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert für ruhesuchende Paare mit Hund. Die Nachbarschaft zu einem weiteren Ferienhaus mit Pool war sehr angenehm und überhaupt nicht störend. Reisetipps: Unbedingt vom Garten des Hauses den nächtlichen Sternenhimmel bewundern und Sternschnuppen zählen! Die umliegenden Orte sind alle sehenswert und schnellzu erreichen. Ein Besuch der Eisdiele in Castiglion am Eingang zur Altstadt ist ein Muss. Man möchte nie wieder ein anderes Schokoladeneis probieren! Das Restaurant "La Piana" in der Altstadt Castiglions ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen!
