Located on the second floor, you reach it via a private external staircase. The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, hairdryer, drying rack, panoramic balcony, hot tub, breakfast included, beach towels, and Wi-Fi. One dog is allowed in the apartment.

Borgo Dolci Colline was once a 17th-century farmhouse. In 2000, extensive renovations transformed each barn into an apartment, creating 7 units. You’ll enjoy shared amenities such as a spa and an outdoor pool with shower. The agriturismo produces artisanal jam and olive oil, and breakfast is available. There’s also an à la carte restaurant on site.



The property is just 2 km from the center of Castiglion Fiorentino. Cortona is a 15-minute drive, and Arezzo is 20 km away. Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia, and Florence are about an hour’s drive.
