Dream bays with crystal-clear water and impressive granite rocks on the edge of two idyllic sandy bays are just a stone's throw away. By the way: there are many more dream beaches to the north and south of Sant'Elmo - and in Costa Rei, just six kilometers away, there is a colourful weekly market for locals and holidaymakers on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Casa 23 is the realization of the vision of Sardinian architect Vito Sonzogni - who lived in this house himself - and created a typical, spacious ensemble of vacation villas close to the beach with the Villaggio Rocca Sant'Elmo. In his award-winning houses, he uses natural materials such as Sardinian granite and wood in a sophisticated way. The light-flooded, sheltered and secluded terrace harmoniously combines the sleeping and living areas - and is a Mediterranean outdoor living space in complete privacy. A brick table with antique tiles, created by the architect, and comfortable loungers invite you to linger. Thanks to the exposed location of the house, the lovingly planted garden offers sweeping views of the turquoise blue sea.
