Villa Fedes Sant'Elmo is located in the area of the same name on the Sant'Elmo beach. A beautiful stone construction that reflects the Sardinian architectural style of the house with a central courtyard (or loggia) with rooms around the courtyard itself. Spacious garden with an external shower, green lawn planted with Mediterranean vegetation, bougainvillea with intense fuchsia colors. The house is built on a single level and consists of a living area with kitchen, living room and service bathroom, on the other side the 2 bedrooms, a double room and a double that can become a double room if desired, and the bathroom with shower.
The location: Villa Fedes is located in an exclusive holiday home resort with access only to guests of the village, as entry is made by opening the automatic barriers that only owners can open. Nearby, there is a supermarket open from June to October, a bar-café, restaurant, and pizzeria. For leisure, in addition to water sports, there are various tennis courts. The Fedes house has a private parking inside the residence, like all other houses. The residence is very quiet because all parking spaces are outside the villa complex, ensuring that pedestrian circulation and the tranquility of vacationers is truly of high quality.
