Charming villa of recent construction, 400m from the beach of Cala Sinzias, finely furnished with quality furniture and just purchased. The house consists of a large double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, a room with two single beds and wardrobe, a bathroom with spacious shower, lounge with sofa bed, flat screen TV, kitchen with table and chairs. Outside there is a large patio, furnished with wooden table and chairs, sofa and two armchairs.
The house is surrounded by 300sqm of lawn and varied vegetation.
The house is equipped with SKY satellite system, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave oven, closed outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue and water reserve. Pets are not allowed. Internet connection available (5 gig per week).

Lovely house in a calm environment

We had an amazing stay in Cala Sinzias. The house is lovely with a nice terrace. The interior design is done with a lot of love and we enjoyed the house very much. It is a 10 minutes walk to a very nice beach.

The house is recently built, it's very cosy and in a good condition. It's located very close to the nicest beaches. To some - even within a walking distance. Nice and quiet neighbours. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Nice helpful host

The chalet has a really nice beautiful garden. We spent long evenings there where we have enjoyed our BBQs. The host is really helpful! In all cases when we had questions she has replied .

Bella casa molto pulita , cucina fornitissima . Non è proprio molto vicino al mare soprattutto con il caldo abbiamo sempre preso l’auto .C’è stato un problema con le vespe ma che ha riguardato la zona in generale e ciò non ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori nello splendido giardino . Casa adatta Max 3 persone per la mia opinione Check in molto facile , l’host disponibilissima e ha sempre risposto prontamente ad ogni esigenza .

Séjour inoubliable!

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et veille au confort de ses locataires. La maison est très confortable et située dans un quartier calme. Tout est fonctionnel. Le système de climatisation est bien entretenu. Une superbe plage est facilement accessible à 7mn à pieds seulement. Grand merci à Alessandro et son épouse!

Die Wohnung war sauber, ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar BBQ vorhanden. Tolle Terrasse wo das Leben stattfinden konnte. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert, Wetter inklusive. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben alle möglichen Informationen geboten. Der einzige mangelhafte Punkt ist, dass die Wohnung nicht am angegebenen Ort wie er auf FEWO-DIREKT angegeben liegt, sondern 500mt landeinwärts. Das sollte FEWO ändern, das ist nicht akzeptabel.

Mogelpackung

Der vordere Teil des Hauses und des Gartens gehören zur Ferienwohnung, der hintere Teil+Keller wird von den Vermietern am Wochenende genutzt. Wir haben die Buchung bereut, weil die angepriesenen Vorteile nicht vorhanden waren: Das Häuschen ist nicht neu (“brandneues Chalet”), sondern zehn Jahre alt. Die Fotos vom Innen- und Aussenbereich entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand und Look! Es liegt nicht strandnah (“neben dem Strand von Cala Sinzias”, “3 Minuten Fussmarsch zum Strand”, in Lageskizze “0,2 km”). Man geht ca. 12 Minuten, es sind 700 Meter Luftlinie in Google Maps. Warmes Duschwasser gab es für 20 Minuten, dann brauchte der Boiler ewig bis wieder Wasser erhitzt war. Es reichte nicht für vier Personen direkt hintereinander. Ein grosser Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen. Wegen eines modrigen Geruchs im Kinderzimmer haben wir irgendwann mal unter die Bettlaken geschaut und festgestellt, dass die (”neuen”) Matratzen beidseitig vergammelt, ggf. sogar verschimmelt waren. Das beste an dem Häuschen ist die Terrasse mit dem grossen Esstisch im schönen Garten. Auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Fazit: Wir sind darauf hereingefallen, dass viele Angaben unrichtig oder beschönigt sind. Von der FeWo-Kundenbetreuung haben wir erfahren, dass die Angaben der Vermieter nicht geprüft werden. Aber man habe bei Premium-Angeboten ein 12 Stunden Rücktrittsrecht mit Umzug. Die Strände und Küste (kleine Wanderungen) sind sehr schön! Familie mit zwei Kindern, Pfingsten 2023

Traumhaus bei Traumstrand

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren super nett. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Strand von Cala Sinzias ist in Fußweite, andere Traumstrände, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Museen etc. innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit ,das kl. Haus befindet sich nicht weit vom Strand ist ganz nett eingerichtet und war für uns ideal, wir waren zu Ostern hier wenn man es gerne Ruhig Hat und nicht viel wert auf Trubel legt dann ist Ostern die Ideale Zeit um Hier zu sein .

Sommernachschlag im Herbst in bester Lage

Schönes Haus gerne wieder

Wir sind spontan nach Sardinien gefolgen und haben dieses schöne Haus gebucht. Die Vermieter sind extrem hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit per Handy zu erreichen. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein paar kleine Schönheitsreperaturen könnten mal gemacht werden, aber da sind wir Deutschen vielleicht zu genau. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage man ist in 5min entspannt zum schönen Strand gelaufen. Wir können diese Ferienunterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

7 Tage Aufenthalt

Zunächst das positive: Sardiniens Strände sind ein Traum ich werde wiederkommen. Zur Wohnung: 1. Leider waren an den Fenstern u. Türen keine Mückenschutzgitter. Mücken waren leider im Überfluss da, gegen Abend haben uns die Mücken auf der Terrasse bereits zerstochen. Nachts konnten wir deshalb keine Fenster öffnen. Dementsprechend war die Luft beim Schlafen sehr schlecht, d. h. wir haben alle schlecht geschlafen. Die Eidechsen möchte man nachts ebenfalls nicht im Zimmer haben. Mückenschutzgitter wären Pflicht für diese Wohnung. Dieser Punkt reicht schon aus, um die Wohnung nicht wieder zu buchen. 2. Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen, ich schlief im kleineren Zimmer. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe, es war eher ein Jugendbett und es quitschte bei jeder Drehung schrecklich laut, so dass ich immer wieder wach wurde. Es war eine Zumutung. Hiervon könnte ich gerne ein Video liefern. 3. Die Dusche ist in einem sehr schlechten unhygienischen Zustand. 4. Die Küche / Wohnzimmer ist freundlich u. schön eingerichtet, leider fehlt hier ein Geschirrspüler, wir mussten zu Dritt häufig abwaschen und es fehlte an Ablagen.

Schöner Strandurlaub

Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit Alessandro und seiner Frau war top. Der Strand in Calla Sinzias ist richtig schön und in 10 - 15 min sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Nachbarstrände wie z.B. Cala Pira sind sehr schön und schnell erreichbar. Leider gibt es viele Moskitos, mit Antimückenspray ist das aber auch auszuhalten. Einziges Mini Manko es fehlt eine Spülmaschine - die Küche und das Haus sind sonst aber top ausgestattet.

Tout était parfait... de la gentillesse des propriétaires à l'emplacement en passant par la superbe terrasse et son très joli jardin. Douche extérieure très appréciée. Vous serez au calme et la plage la plus proche (10 min à pied) est magnifique et assez peu fréquentée. J'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir un jour.

Schönes Haus in netter Umgebung!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage

Das Haus von Alessandro ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. (Klimaanlage, vollausgestattete Küche, ein Innendusche sowie auch eine Aussendusche, Waschmaschine uvm.) sehr Kinderfreundlich und das Meer ist in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht direkt im Ort aber mit dem Auto kann man in ca. 10 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt fahren. Alessandro war auch jederzeit erreichbar wenn man fragen zum Haus und der Umgebung hatte. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Beste grüsse Alex und Familie
