Arranged on three levels: in the main entrance there is an intercom, opening the wooden gate there is a convenient garage on the left side and on the right side the stairs for access to the inside of the house and to the upper external part of the house. The first floor of the house consists of: living room with a view of the beach and dining area (in the living room there is air conditioning), kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, pantry), bathroom (bidet, toilet, sink), room with an antechamber where there is a washing machine and a large sink, comfortable and roomy closet. Through the stairs, covered in beautiful granite and a wooden handrail, you access the mezzanine floor, where there is a double bedroom. Upper floor 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Outside, at the back of the house, there is an outdoor shower (water heated by the solar panel) and barbeque, terrace with table and chairs.

Holiday in Villa Meri, Cala Sinzias

We really enjoyed the holidays in Villa Meri. Nice House, good views, super terrace for dinninig. Oven, washing machine and dishwasher worked perfect:-) Everything was uncomplicated and the housekeepers were very gentle. I can recommend the house and its beutiful beach for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. Wehad a great time in Sardegna! Thank you very much Vristina and Enrico. Also for the free use of your mobile internet was just great. If we come back to Sardegna, we come back to your house! Greetings from Daniel

Potenziale poco sfruttato

La casa ha un ottimo potenziale, specialmente data la sua locazione rispetto al mare, infatti si gode di un'ottima vista dalle camere superiori (peccato l ostruzione visiva causata dall ulivo invece nel piano di sotto). Il mobilio è alquanto arretrato con cassetti difficoltosi da aprire e mobiletti traballanti. Alcune prese elettriche tendono a staccarsi dalla parete. Purtroppo la maggior parte delle zanzariere sono rotte e non permettono di arieggiare la casa in sicurezza se si hanno piccoli animali che possono scappare. L esterno della casa, vegetazione compresa, avrebbe bisogno di maggior di cura. Si nota che l impianto idraulico è usurato; la doccia tende a non svuotarsi bene e si intasa molto velocemente nonostante non vi sia presenza di sabbia o altri impedimenti (noi eravamo solo due ma la casa è predisposta per 8 persone) Noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna che una tubatura in cucina si rompesse e allagasse parte del piano sottostante causando un'interruzione della disponibilità di acqua per una giornata intera, provacando non poco disagio.  La padrona di casa e/o chi ne fa le veci è stata contattata sempre telefonicamente, non abbiamo mai avuto modo di vederla, ne al momento dell ingresso ne quando abbiamo avuto l'allagamento. Non è stato fatto nulla in seguito all'inconveniente avuto. Non c'è stato nessuno che ci introducesse la casa (a parte le poche cose che ci sono state mandate per messaggio). Nota positiva riguardo a idraulico e servizio pulizia. messa

Luogo incantevole, molto vicino alla spiaggia. Mare stupendo. Casa spaziosa e ben fornita. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. L'unico inconveniente è la mancanza di climatizzazione, che può' essere utile quando fa molto caldo.

Es hat so gut wie alles gepasst.

Das Haus bietet genügend platz für eine große Familie und hat alles was man zum Wohnen braucht. Einziges Manko ist das fehlen einer Klimaanlage. Die aufgestellten Ventilatoren helfen nur bedingt bei der Hitze.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza in questa casa spaziosa che si trova in ottima posizione con vista sul mare. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la splendida spiaggia di Cala Sinzias e percorrendo pochi kilometri in macchina si arriva ad altre bellissime spiagge. A un paio di kilometri si trovano il supermercato e la guardia medica (sempre utile in vacanza con i bambini...). La farmacia è a circa 8 kilometri. L'auto è necessaria. La casa è su più livelli, con molte scale, molto grande e ben attrezzata. Ampia terrazza sul retro con doccia esterna e comodo barbeque. Ringraziamo i proprietari che sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e discreti.

Sehr schönes Haus und eine wundervolle Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, man ist in wenigen Minuten an einem wunderschönen Strandabschnitt. Schlafen gehen und das Meeresrauschen hören einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind super nett und helfen jemanden wo sie nur können. Gerne wieder!

Soggiorno cala sinzias 2016

Siamo stati benissimo in questa casa.. la padrona di casa Cristina persona squisita e gentilissima.. la vista che si gode dalla finestrona del soggiorno e la tranquillità che si gode fanno questa casa perfetta per il relax che cercavamo da questa vacanza. i pochi oggetti che mancavano nella casa sono stati prontamente forniti.. la casa era pulita e la posizione a poche decine di metri dal mare è davvero invidiabile. consiglio sicuramente il soggiorno.

Posizione rilassante e casa spaziosa

Situata vicino ad una bellissima spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi, la casa è molto spaziosa e ben illuminata. Abbiamo sfruttato tutto quello che ci ha offerto, dalle docce esterne al BBQ. Data la posizione è ricca di scale quindi la sconsiglio a famiglie con bambini sotto i 3 anni. Proprietari gentili, sempre disponibili, molto affidabili e si sono fatti in 4 per rendere la nostra vacanza perfetta.

Bellissima vacanza

La casa corrispondeva assolutamente alla descrizione, pulita ed in buono stato, vicinissima alla bellissima spiaggia di Cala Sinzias che si può raggiungere benissimo a piedi ed in posizione comoda per visitare anche tante altre splendide spiagge nella zona.. Grosses Ferienhaus an wunderschönem Strand

Das Ferienhaus Villa Meri liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse ganz in der Nähe vom wunderschönen Strand Cala Sinzias. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Von zwei Schlafzimmer und vom Wohnraum hat man eine prächtige Aussicht auf`s Meer. Das Auto kann innerhalb des Grundstücks geparkt werden und/oder es hat auch eine Garage. Im oberen Teil des Hauses gibt es eine große Terrasse mit Grill, welche über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und für den Hundespaziergang gibt es direkt vor dem Strand ein wunderbares Wäldchen - erreichbar vom Haus in wenigen Schritten. Am schönen Strand gibt es 5 Strandbar`s und viel - viel Platz :-) Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, das Haus war sauber und tip top parat gemacht für uns. Wir (3 Erwachsene / 3 Teenager und 1 Hund) können Ferien in der Villa Meri weiterempfehlen.Rita und Familie

Casa molto carina con 4 camere,proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Abbiamo avuto diverse informazioni, da dove fare la spesa e a come muoverci., Molto vicina al mare (si raggiunge facilmente a piedi)spiaggia bellissima, libera e/o attrezzata e con bar. Purtroppo a cala sinzias non c'è nulla, di conseguenza, sia per fare la spese che per uscire è necessario essere automuniti.

Sistemazione ottimale per chi ama il mare!

Siamo stati a Cala Sinzias durante lo scorso mese di giugno. Abbiamo trovato questa casa estremamente adatta alle ns. esigenze (4 adulti e 4 bambini); abbiamo sfruttato a pieno tutto ciò che la casa ci offriva: vicinanza alla spiaggia, spazi esterni, barbecue, doccia esterna, garage e terrazza con magnifica vista mare. La casa e' ben organizzata con gli elettrodomestici e pentola e fondamentali per una famiglia con bambini piccoli. I proprietari si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. La zona è veramente tranquilla e la spiaggia a due passi dalla casa e' meravigliosa. Che dire......sicuramente torneremo a Cala Sinzias e il passaparola con gli amici e conoscenti è' già cominciato!

Casa molto comoda, la spiaggia è veramente vicina,si possono lasciar andare i ragazzi da soli senza nessun problema. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi problema. La vista mare dalla camera da letto è spettacolare,molto apprezzato il patio dove poter cenare la sera. Vacanza stupenda e rilassante per tutta la famiglia

"La casa è addirittura meglio di come appare nell''annuncio, con un''incantevole vista sulla vicinissima spiaggia sia dal soggiorno, che dalla camera da letto padronale e dagli spazi esterni. Pur godendo di una piacevole privacy, si può approfittare dei servizi presenti in spiaggia e inoltre la posizione è centrale rispetto a supermercati, ristoranti, pizzerie e anche non distante dalla vita notturna e dal porto turistico di Villasimius. I proprietari, gentilissimi e disponibili, concorrono a rendere questa locazione raccomandabile sia a coppie che a famiglie."
