Holiday Home 'Gaia' with Private Terrace and Balcony

Located in Lu Bagnu, this charming 50 m² holiday home is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 3 people. On the lower floor, which is semi-basement yet bright, you will find two cool bedrooms: one double and one single. The ground floor features a living area with a kitchenette and a bathroom with separate areas for the washbasin, toilet, bidet, and shower. A cot is available for families with small children.



Outside, you will find a large private, uncovered terrace, ideal for dining and relaxing. The property remains naturally cool and airy throughout your stay. After a day at the beach, you can refresh yourselves with the convenient outdoor shower.



The apartment is located directly on the sea, with private access to the beach via stairs just a minute away, allowing you to easily return home at any time. Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Pets are welcome.
