AC was good in the trailer we rented, and it had everything we needed. But be aware which trailer you are booking. We thought there would be three bedrooms, but only got two! Staff was friendly. The facilities included a kiosk, a small shop, a restaurant, a small arcade, pool with a lifeguard, and fascilities for washing clothes(€6 per machine with available sinks for hand washing). Everything was very much as expected, and it was nice with direct access to the beach! Just remember to bring towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, washing up liquid, etc. And something to deter mosquitoes in the evening.

The campsite was lovely and welcoming. We stayed in a chalet as a family of 4 with 2 mid-teenagers. We had a perfect view of the lake. The pool was spotless. Shame you had to pay for sun loungers, we never stayed long enough to justify paying so just sat on the tiles in the shade, as did everyone else! Yes you had to wear swim caps but we just did it without complaining, no big deal. It would be useful if they shared this information beforehand on their website or in documentation so people can be prepared. Great little shop and bar/restaurant onsite. More variety needed with the animation team, we saw the same piano man every night for a week. This could be improved. Plenty of options for water activities near the site, including an adapted paddle board / bike, which was fun but hard work! Overall we had a lovely stay, and it was a great base for exploring the area - Venice, Verona, Milan and local Caneva water park. We would definitely return and thank you for the warm welcome!

Der Caravan war einwandfrei und genau das was wir gebucht hatte. Was besser auf der Seite Hotels.com ausgewiesen sein müsste, ist dass man eigene Bettwäsche und Frottetücher mitbringen muss.
