The renovation was made with extreme attention to detail, making the very impressive place. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the scenery of the charming hills covered with vineyards of Chianti. Very old, beautiful, comfortable farmhouse "San Giuseppe", renovated in 2004. 15 km from the centre of Terme di Rapolano, 20 km from the centre of Siena, 23 km from the centre of Asciano, on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: natural garden, swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 120 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. Private: garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Sehr schönes Anwesen auf einem Hügel vor dem Ort Castelnuovo Berardenga. Das Haus ist geräiumig und hat einen guten Standard. Der Pool ist ausserordentlich groß und hat eine wunderschönes Liegefläche. Vermieter sind äusserst freundlich und angenehem zurückhaltend.

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Kulisse des Gebietes. Der einzige Minuspunkt war der Hund des Nachbarn. Er bellt ab und zu sogar in der Nacht, was störend sein kann.
