Holiday Home "Limonaia" with Shared Pool, Communal Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday home "Limonaia" is located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the heart of Tuscany, and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. This 75 m² property features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (convertible into two singles), a cot for a child up to 3 years old, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 2 adults plus 1 child. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), dishwasher, and fans in every room. Washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room shared with another property.



The outdoor area offers a fenced pool (open from 10:00 to 20:00), garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. A hot tub is accessible on request. Siena is about 10 minutes away. The property has 6 parking spaces. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Guests receive a welcome basket on arrival. Air conditioning is not available. Childcare is available. Beach and pool towels are provided.
