"Construction started 7am in the morning on a Sunday. When I approached the staff, first they denied it which is ridiculous in itself but eventually just didn't care. We left after the first night of a two night booking. "

Rooms were clean and comfortable, however walls are a little thin. There was a breakfast of coffee, pastries, yoghurts, cereal and some meats and cheeses provided in the morning. "Abbiamo fatto una mini-vacanza di 3 giorni e proprio per questo cercavamo una struttura che fosse accessibile sia per la vita notturna che per quella diurna vicina al mare. È stato in soggiorno perfetto, abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina appena arrivate e repress al momento del ritorno. La struttura è centralissima e attraversando si arriva diretti sul lungomare. Il proprietario è di una gentilezza unica , colazione basic ma confortevole. Le camere non sono moderne ma hanno tutto il necessario....

"This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). As a matter of fact the reception was stunning but once you get in your room you have the feeling of having being trown in some kind of B&B that needs a lot of refurbishing asap. Staff was indeed very kind and professional (we left at 6.30 am and they were nice enough to make some breakfast one...
