We present to your attention a cozy two-story house with an area of 90 m², located in the picturesque city of Empuriabrava. This house is perfect for comfortable accommodation of up to 6 guests and offers everything necessary for an unforgettable vacation.



On the first floor, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with panoramic windows, offering a magnificent view of the river. From the living room, you can go directly to the pool, where you can enjoy the sun and cool water. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances so that you can cook your favorite dishes with pleasure.



The house includes three bedrooms: two of them are equipped with comfortable double beds, and the third has two single beds. For the convenience of guests, two bathrooms are provided.



On the second floor, there is a terrace offering a breathtaking view of the famous canals of Empuriabrava. It is the perfect place for relaxation and enjoying the beauty of the surrounding nature.
