Discover this large villa located in Empuriabrava, ideal for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. This property has a private swimming pool and a mooring, offering an exceptional setting to enjoy the sun and water activities.
Main Floor:
On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a bright living-dining room, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped.
You will also find three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.
Upper Floor:
Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms, including a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, respectively. An additional bathroom with a shower is also available.
Comfort and Equipment:
The villa is designed to offer maximum comfort: reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms (except one of the downstairs bedrooms), oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, WIFI and television in the living room and in one of the ground floor bedrooms. In addition, it is possible to park up to four cars on the plot.
Mooring and Nautical Activities:
Take advantage of the 11-metre mooring and a platform for three jetskis, perfect for boating enthusiasts wishing to rent a boat during their stay.


This villa for 12 persons is the perfect place to create memorable memories and enjoy a relaxing stay in Empuriabrava.


Improvements for Summer 2025:
For the summer of 2025, work will be carried out: the swimming pool will be completely renovated, the outdoor terrace enlarged and the canal area refurbished, thus offering an even more attractive setting.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette magnifique villa. Elle vraiment est très fonctionnelle pour 11 personnes. Nous avons ammaré notre bateau sur le ponton et cela était un réel plus. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le contact avec les personnes de l'agence. Très disponibles, ils nous ont donné des conseils et tous vraiment très sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa ainsi que l'agence costa brava relax (et en particulier Gwenn :-).
