- Newly built house with outdoor parking space. 10 minutes walk from the beach and very close to the shopping and restaurant area. Activities: boat ride without a license by the channels, airfield and skydiving. Wind tunnel. Horse ride. Water activities (jet ski rental, boats, surf school, kite-surf, wave, scuba diving, etc.) Sites of tourist interest: Wetlands, Ruins of Empuria, Sant Pere de Rodas, Roses, Llançà, Port de la Selva, Medes Islands , Dalí Museum, etc.)
