The Villa and very nice and sunny, detached 145m2. Ideal for 8 people. The property completely closed. 1.8km from sandy beach, shopping center 150m.
On the ground floor you will find a living room with Sat (foreign oaks) and equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. 1 bedrooms (2x1pers.) Bathroom with duchy.
On the 1st floor and composed: 3 bedrooms (2x1pers. And 2 x 2 Pers.), Full and spacious bathroom.
Outside you have the terrace with pool of 7m x 3m, plants, outdoor kitchen, with barbecue. Washing machine.

Parking for a car and garage.
Possibility to rent bed linen and towels (10 € .per.), Extra charge air conditioning (30 €./week).

tout était parfait sauf la proximité de la route a circulation continue qui n'était pas mentionnée sur l'annonce en ligne et qu'on ne pouvait situer avec google earth . Dommage car la maison et l'accueil étaient parfaits

Best Holiday time in the best holiday home!!!

There are no words to describe how wonderful our holiday was. Mr. de Corte Munoz was the best holiday landlord ever. We have rented holiday homes in Spain many times and we never had a landlord, who had shown d di much interest in his tenants and their needs. Our sincere thanks for making our holiday so great. The house is beautiful with all the various plants and fruit trees, which we were able to use. The house was immaculate with everything you need. 4 spacious bedrooms and a lovely big shower room with toilet and bidet upstairs and a toilet with another shower downstairs. The patio was beautiful and the pool big enough for us to enjoy every day. As it was only the 2 of us, we didn't use the BBQ facility around the corner of the pool. We will definitely come back again- 2 weeks weren't long enough. Thank you so much.
