This holiday estate and the apartment are very well-maintained and are used only by guests or the owners. There are 2 pools and you can bathe until 11 pm. The water quality is to German standards. You can also use the adjacent lake/canal as far as the sea for water sport and bathing. The fully tiled apartment is in the best 4-* condition. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds or double bed and high sleeper as well as plenty of cupboards and storage for your clothing. The bathroom contains a wash basin with marble surfaces, a bath with shower, a toilet and a washing machine. There is a guest toilet with wash basin. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and separated by a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The kitchen caters for at least 8 persons. There is an open fireplace in the living room. The apartment is very cosy.

Vue exceptionnelle
Bon séjour dans cet appartement à la vue extra. Équipements à première vue assez vieillots mais propriétaire et personne de contact (Rosa) très sympa, dispo et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Vue incroyable
Bel appartement, spacieux,vue incroyable, très belle piscine collective, appartement bien équipé, il manque le wifi et la climatisation est payante ce qui est un peu regrettable mais l'ensemble est très positif, Rosa est très disponible et agréable.

Appartement totalement conforme à la description. Juste une remarque : il faut investir dans une table pour la terrasse car celle en place est inadaptée pour 4 personnes. Elle est trop petite et pas pratique. Sinon, séjour parfait.

J'ai très bien apprécié mon séjour
L'appartement est très bien situé . Je le conseille pour maximum 6 personnes 4 c'est plutôt l'idéal . En ce qui concerne les équipements rien à me reprocher , mise à part changer l'aspirateur , avoir la télé en français au moins on les infos , après les seules choses qui nous ont déranger un tout petit peu c'est la pression de l'eau pour la douche et de n'avoir qu'une seule clé pour l'accès à la piscine . L'accès au première nécessité de tous les jours est tu as deux minutes à pied cela est très agréable et le vis-à-vis avec les appartements voisin est très restreinte
