It is located 600 m from the supermarket, 2 km from the sandy beach, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. It is situated in an area ideal for families, within a residential urbanisation.



The accommodation offers garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning only in the living room, private pool, garage and parking, and satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German and French).

4 slaapkamers met aansluitende badkamer De bedmatrassen zijn zeer hard en oud. Als de matrassen vervangen worden zou de kwaliteit prijs verhouding goed zijn.

VACANCE EMPURIA

Il faut marquer dans l'annonce qu'il n'y a un vis a vis sur la route, le jardin est pleine exposition sur la route, une cafetière SENSEO ou NESPRESSO serait super car les anciennes cafetières c'est plus de notre époque, pas assez de plats dans le logement, et la literie est à revoir dans toute les chambres sinon nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour.
