Appartement bien situé, commerce, restaurant, plage,piscine, ont peut tout faire à pied. Place de parking en sous sol au top. Mobilier d'extérieur à renouvelé , le solarium n'est pas aménagé d'un coin d'ombre du coup impossible d'en profiter dommage. Et la chambre des parents est très brillante pour y dormir il n'y a pas de double vitrage.
