It is located 1 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the sandy beach, 15 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona airport. It is situated in an ideal area for families and within a residential urbanisation.



It has garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, private pool, mooring, outdoor parking and satellite TV (Spanish, French, German).
