Proche de la plage (ce n’est pas 150m comme dans l’annonce mais plutôt 400). Jardin. 2 salles d’eau Quasiment Tous les volets avaient un défaut de fermeture. pas de four. Le salon est à l’étage avec un escalier assez raide. Pas de climatisation

Zeer goede locatie , de omgeving is rustig , dicht bij het strand en restaurants.. De service van Apart-Rent is super.. Een goed pannenset zou fijn zijn.. Hier en daar is achterstallig onderhoud..

Großes Haus mit abschließbar em Hof, mit Parkplatz, ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Strand ca 7 Minuten entfernt. Treppe im Haus alt, fehlt Beleuchtung draußen im Gang zu Eingangstür, fehlen paar Töpfe, Sonnenschirm im Hof zu alt und zu klein, Wäschespinne im Hof wäre gut.
