Beautiful property and great location

The property has a stunning 360 degree view. The house was clean and the pool was wonderful for the hot summer. The property is walkable to the town (up a hill though). Castellina di Chianti is a beautiful small town with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Mooi huis, maar hygiëne kan veel beter!

De woning ligt op een domein met andere vakantiewoningen; er is een gedeeld zwembad. De hygiëne in de woning liet te wensen over: de vloer in de badkamer was vies; aan de barbecuetang hingen nog etensresten van de vorige huurders; overal waren er spinnenwebben tot zelfs in de kookpotten; er hing een doordringende vochtgeur in de woning en de keukenkasten hadden echt een grondige poetsbeurt nodig. Er was geen info over bezienswaardigheden en je moest zelf uitzoeken wat je met afval moest doen.

Traumhaft gelegen inmitten der sanften Hügellandschaft des Chiantis. Auf der einen Seite Weinberge und Zypressen, auf der anderen der Blick auf den mittelalterlich Borgo Castellina in Chianti mit Restaurants, Eisdiele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gut ausgestattet (Mückennetze, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster). Die Zufahrtsstraße wurde verbessert – alles problemlos. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach San Gimignano, Monteriggioni (wunderschönes mittelalterliche Festung) und Siena.
