What a gorgeous property. It was a bit rainy when we were there so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the pool. We had a great time exploring the grounds though. The extra large room was VERY welcomed after all the other tiny European ones. It was very luxurious and comfortable. They even provided room service. Our favorite part though was discovering the nearby town of Castellina. It is literally built into a castle. It was actually jaw dropping. So charming and plenty of cozy restaurants, and only a 10 minute stroll from the hotel.

The properly exceeded our expectations, absolutely loved our stay. The staff are friendly, breakfast was amazing with lots of variety in choice and the surrounding areas to the property had ample space and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it’s a short walk from and to the city centre.

This is a beautiful property and beautiful location. Excellent service. Excellent staff. The restaurant over there is unique. Jessica helped us a lot. Giovanna, Debora, Esperanza all lovely ladies working there, would go out of the way to any help needed. Aniza is a great pastry chef and good baker. Loved our three days stay over there.

Very pretty property and gorgeous views. Staff was very kind and attentive. Room was clean and AC working. Only complaint is the bed…very hard mattress even for my boyfriend who prefers a firm bed.

Would stay here again!

The greeting on arrival was warm and welcoming, with a guided tour of the hotel and grounds before we were shown to our room. We especially enjoyed seeing the vegetable garden and learning how they cure their own meats. We booked a junior suite with a garden view, and it exceeded expectations. The room was very spacious, with a super king bed and plenty of space for our large suitcases, as well as storage to fully unpack. The en-suite was larger than average, offering ample shelving for toiletries. The towels were soft and luxurious, and the locally made, honey-based toiletries were a thoughtful touch. Shortly after checking in, the staff reached out via WhatsApp, which made communication so easy. From dinner reservations to taxi arrangements, everything could be handled instantly, which was a brilliant service. We dined out on the decking, which had stunning views, and the food was absolutely delicious — the truffle pasta is a must-try! Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always greeting us warmly and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, though it could benefit from a little extra tidying. It would also be nice if light bites were available there, but that’s a very minor point compared to everything else. Overall, this is a wonderfully rustic Tuscan hotel that perfectly blends charm, comfort, and hospitality. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

+ Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse hinter dem Haus mit Blick auf die Felder. - Das Hotel verfügt über eine kleine Tiefgarage. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns angeboten da zu parken, da unser Zimmer in der Nähe war. Wir sind da rein gefahren, nur um festzustellen, dass die Garage voll war und nur über 6 Plätze verfügt. 3 davon waren mit Traktoren besetzt und 3 vermutlich vom Personal. Die Garage verfügt über keine Wendemöglichkeit und bei der engen Einfahrt war es kaum möglich rückwärts zu fahren. Es wäre nett gewesen von der Empfagsdame zu erwähnen, dass die Garage klein und voll ist. Das hätte uns den Ärger erspart.

Ficamos um pouco frustrados, mas acho que porque tinhamos uma expectativa muito grande para um agriturismo. O hotel tem um quarto excelente, espaçoso e confortável. Banheiro também muito bom. Atendimento foi muito cordial. Jessica nos recebeu com uma simpatia e atenção que é dificil de se ver a esse nível em hotéis europeus. Encantador. O hotel é bonito e traz uma grande tranquilidade, mas esperávamos uma área verde maior para poder desfrutar o hotel. Tivemos a sensação de ser como uma grande casa de campo com piscina, mas nada muito além disso. Localização é muito boa, com acesso ao centro da cidade a pé, apesar de ser uma ladeira ingrime. Café da manhã foi bem decepcionante para o padrão do hotel e valor cobrado na diária. Ficamos em vários hotéis ao longo da viagem, bem mais simples e baratos e todos tiveram café da manhã superior a este. Outro ponto de atenção é o chuveiro dos quartos. Realmente irritante. Pouquissima agua.

L'ensemble du personnel était très sympathique et à l'écoute. Suite spacieuse avec excellente literie. Très bonne nourriture. Position centrale pour visiter Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Sienne, le Vla d'Orcia et bonne entendu le Chianti. Deux bémols : il faudrait proposer des repas le soir moins copieux et ouvrir plus tôt le petit déjeuner car à 8h, ça fait un peu tard.

Yövyimme 7 yötä hotellissa. Meillä oli huone patiolla. Aamuisin heräsimme lintujen lauluun. Ihana iso puutarha uima-altaalla. Todella runsas aamiainen, ihanat tuoreet leivonnaiset, joka aamu. 4 naisen tiimi hoiti asiakkaita erinomaisesti. Bonus Jeccicalle loistava avulias ja kohtelias, kielitaitoinen päälikkö. Ainut miinus oli se, että TVssä ei ollut mitään kansainvälistä uutiskanavaa.
