Apartment 'La Casa Della Gina' with Wi-Fi

The apartment offers views of the historic medieval vaults: on one side, it overlooks Via Ferruccio, the heart of the nightlife, and on the other, Via delle Volte, the ancient walkway attributed to Brunelleschi. The living area is a spacious open space with an open-plan kitchen, a large dining table, and a sofa, located on the arch connecting the two streets. The master bedroom features a private bathroom and a double bed; the second bedroom has a bunk bed with three sleeping places.



The 95 m² apartment is in the historic center of Castellina in Chianti, close to local bars, restaurants, and pizzerias, with a pharmacy and supermarket nearby.



To access the apartment, you must climb a staircase of about 15 steps; there is no elevator. There are no terraces.



A dryer, washing machine, and linens are at your disposal. Hanging laundry outside is not allowed. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The apartment also offers a TV and Wi-Fi.



Smoking and pets are not allowed. Parties or events are prohibited. Children are welcome.
