The holiday home is located in Sant Marçal and is perfect for you to enjoy a unique vacation with your loved ones. The two-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, air conditioning in the bedrooms, fans throughout the house, heating, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available. You have exclusive access to a private pool, an open terrace, and a charcoal barbecue. Nearby recommendations include coastal towns such as Vilanova i la Geltrú, Calafell, Sitges, Roda de Berà, and El Vendrell, the medieval village of Castellet at the Foix reservoir, the Romanesque castle of Calafell, the monasteries of Poblet, the Port Aventura amusement park, and the Aqualeón water park. The house is 65 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Tarragona, making it an ideal area for visiting wineries and tasting the wines and cavas of the Penedès region.



There are five parking spaces available on the property. A maximum of two pets is allowed for an additional fee (please do not leave them alone, do not let them bathe or enter the pool, and do not allow them on beds or sofas). Parties that cause disturbance or damage are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. This is a detached holiday home, part of an estate where the owners reside. Pool and outdoor area cleaning and maintenance are carried out every morning. The house is located in the countryside, in the heart of the Penedès plain and surrounded by vineyards.

Pros: Dieses Haus ist wundervoll und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber Marga und Ramon sind ganz herzlich und immer da wenn man sie braucht. Sie machen diesen wundervollen Ort komplett. Cons: War alles sehr schön.
