Hotel carino, arredamento minimale, stanza molto calda con impianto di condizionamento mal funzionante (per riuscire a dormire un minimo abbiamo dovuto spalancare la finestra), spazi comuni poco puliti. Colazione abbastanza soddisfacente ma poco varia.

A welcome stay

Very friendly staff who do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Nice onsite restaurant for dinner and good breakfast. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and reasonably priced. Wifi can be a bit patchy. Good parking and 15 to 20 minutes drive to Bologna.

Einfaches, sauberes und nette Hotel in Terme

Das Standardhotel in Castel San Pietro Terme war ausgebucht und von daher mußte eine Alternative her. Das Parkhotel gehört wenn es um das Hotel selbst geht eher zur einfachen Variante. Es ist alles zweckmäßig aber halt nicht fancy oder luxoriös. Zimmer mit einfacher Ausstattung aber sehr sauber genau wie der Rest des Hotels. Das Personal sehr nett und das Hotelrestaurant war gut. Hausgemachte Tortilini sind zum empfehlen. Wer ein günstiges Standardhotel aber sauberes Hotel in der Gegend sucht, kann im Park Hotel problemlos absteigen.

Siamo stati bene, ottima la colazione e perfetta la pulizia. Unico neo i rumori (anche minimi) che si percepiscono dalle altre camere, essendo però gli ospiti adulti per la maggior parte in città per partecipare ad alcune manifestazioni, siamo riusciti a riposare

Ottimo albergo in zona terme

Il Park Hotel è un comodo albergo per chi vuole visitare le terme di Castel San Pietro o deve recarsi al centro congressi Artemide per lavoro. Le camere sono spaziose, hanno molti ripiani e armadi per riporre ogni oggetto e all'arrivo sarà presente una bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia. Nel bagno è presente un kit con shampoo, bagnoschiuma, crema corpo (aggiunta secondo me di valore) e piccoli oggetti cosmetici di buona qualità e presentati con eleganza, oltre ad un comodo spazzolino con dentifricio monouso. La colazione è ricca e variegata, sia dolce che salata ed è servita in una bella sala che affaccia sul giardino, mentre il personale è sempre attento e disponibile per ordinare tè, caffè e latte caldo fatto al momento e servito al tavolo. L'hotel fa anche servizio ristorante la sera. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile per i clienti e gli spazi comuni, in particolare il giardino, hanno un atmosfera comoda e rilassante. A completare il tutto, nei dintorni dell'hotel c'è uno splendido parco in cui passeggiare o fare esercizio e tutta la zona è immersa nel verde e silenziosa.

C‘é stato un disguido!!! Le stanze da voi prenotate per noi hanno avuto un problema tecnico. Non riuscendo a contattarvi l‘ hotel gentilmente ci ha trovato un altra sistemazione a sue spese!!! Voi non vi siete preoccupati assulotamente di nulla!!!

Buono anche il ristorante!

Comodo per una sosta di qualche giorno, consiglio di fermarsi al ristorante perché sono gentilissimi e c'è del buon cibo. Camera piccolina e climatizzatore vecchio, quindi ho sofferto un po' il caldo. Per il resto tutto ok.

Ottima soluzione per viaggi corti!

Albergo tre stelle con posizione molto comoda perchè vicina all'autostrada, pulito, silenzioso (nonostante il nostro rientro alle 4 del mattino) con colazione ottima e personale davvero cortese e disponibile che ha esaudito le ns richieste anche ad un'ora improponibile!
