"I have never stayed in a hotel that made breakfast fresh and had its own gardener. The breakfast was delicious. I would love to see the grounds during blooming season. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location perfect. I would highly recommend. "

"Check-in went smoothly and the staff at the front desk was friendly. One thing to note is that the floors are a little squeaky, so you may hear them during the night. There was no toothpaste in the room, so I called the front desk to ask if they had any and if someone could bring it up. I was told I could come down and pick it up instead, which wasn’t a big deal but would have been nice as a room delivery. Other than that, the hotel has a great location, free parking with a shuttle, and a really cool vibe overall. One other small thing — the toilet is very close to the shower, so space in the bathroom is a bit tight. If you’re on the larger side, it might feel a little cramped. Overall, still a good stay."

"The hotel is dated, but that doesn’t matter. The room was clean, the staff was fantastic and they’re pet friendly. If you need a pet friendly hotel in eureka springs look no further. "

"They have roaches bad enough that they crawl on you in the beds. And the bed bugs are absolutely everywhere. "

"Everything was great. Only issue was floors had soap or some kind of film on them. My husband cleaned them all to get film off of them. Before he cleaned them you could see the shoe prints from every place you walked. "

"We only stayed one night, the room was clean. The Jacuzzi was wonderful and the bed was very comfy."
