Room was big for solo traveler! Shower seemed had a musty smell!! And turnover service just means coming in and making your bed no new sheets or shower mat! Other than that front desk staff and pool staff were amazing!!

Room is duplex. No complains. Room was superb and service from staff is great. Just that the hotel is far from Bangkok attractions. No BTS or MRT nearby. Nearest is Phram Ram 9. Jodd fair night market is near (near to the stated MRT)

Pros -view -big room -clean -laundry -shops within vicinity -gym -pool -room looks like pictures -spa -quiet and not too far from city centre -safe and secure Cons -room smelt HEAVILY of bleach -only given one key card so electric was off while I was out. Could not charge my items and when I put my room on DND people would still come in. -lifts too a while sometimes. -NO SMART TV

Not worth the price paid

Not worth $180 per night. Location: In a residential area. One or two restaurants nearby. Only 7 eleven within walking distances. Parts of the hotel are being renovated. Friendliness of staff is so-so.

I chose this hotel for a quick stop before my flight in the early morning. The hotel was very basic, rooms were not soundproof so you could hear neighbours. Don’t be fooled by the “Banyan” tag. The location is awful as the taxi drivers are guaranteed to get lost , miss the exit. Staff however were very kind, professional and helpful.

Nice Hotel

Is a nice newly open hotel, part of the areas still under renovating. Upon arrival, i was greet with a beautiful lobby. The checking in is rather slow, I won't blamed the staff and is more to the system that giving problem causes the delay. Once check in was done, she show me the way to lift and briefly telling me the facilities location, timing & etc. Room was nice & clean, well equipped with basic cooking appliances & utensils. Personally I do find that the rainforest shower spray should have extended longer and the the water pressure is low throughout my stay. As for the swimming pool area, it provide you a nice view while relaxing on the sunlounger. But what i couldn't figure out was, why are the water so freezing cold day & night. And i would also advice everyone to be extra careful while getting into the water. Is very slippery. Lastly, the location is not really ideal for me but the 24hr lobby bar will be a plus point if you need a drink anytime. Will be back again in January, hope to see better improvement with all the fine tuning.

The room was ok but the air con filter needed changing gave me a cough the pool was freezing cold and set up wrong entrance a round a corner have to go past people on there sunbeds to get into the water also the pool bar should be open late but most nights was closed at 7.30 pm and the Heineken bar downstairs said was open 5 to 11 in the evening but was never open as the hotel is not near any where you have to get a taxi so not facilities of an evening was not great the staff were polite but did not go out there way to make you feel welcome would not say hi when walking past them this place feels very transactional rather than service so a very disappointing stay would never return
