5/5 Excellent
"Great selection of hot and cold for breakfast and plenty of space to eat so it didn’t feel overwhelmingly busy like some hotels.
Public areas were always being cleaned and our room was immaculate on arrival and when we returned from a day’s exploring.
Reception staff extremely helpful, organising a hire car which was delivered within an hour of our first enquiry and also giving advice about excursions/taxis etc.
Thoroughly recommend this hotel "
"We arrived in Naples by air, followed the signs to the Alibus and paid our 5euro fares. One stop, 10 minutes later brought us to both the central train station and Starhotels Terminus. We had a deluxe room with a very large, comfortable bed and lots of storage and seating. There is a big bathroom and a sweet balcony overlooking the enclosed courtyard. It was so quiet you’d swear we were alone in the hotel. They have a pillow menu! You can request the perfect pillow from the desk. What a marvellous idea. I read a lot of online reviews about the area. We’re from Vancouver, Canada and it’s no different from the Main Street station. There are so many people here because of the train station so we felt safe. We were just passing through Naples. If you are looking for a longer stay check out the connecting city buses because this would be a nice hotel for a longer stay."
