Villa with private pool in central Tuscany

La Cambruna is a typical Tuscan hillside barn recently transformed into a cosy holiday home with a private pool located on a panoramic hill with commanding views over the rolling Tuscan hills west of Siena. The property is nestled in an olive grove, in a quiet position, well exposed to the sun and with magnificent panoramic views.

In the rustic and well-kept garden surrownding the house, there is an inviting infinity pool with solarium equipped with sun loungers for the exclusive use of guests. The pool size is 5 x 10 m, depth 1,40 – 2 m and is available from April to October.

Tastefully furnished in a minimal style and equipped with all modern comforts, the villa can accommodate four guests. The main building spreads over two floors with a spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a toilette. Both the kitchen and the living room open up on a covered windowed terrace.

The access road (about 2 km) is unpaved and not drivable by sport cars, a SUV is recommended.

Centrally located in the triangle between Siena, Pisa and Florence, the property is an excellent starting point for day trips to the many art centres of the region, the sandy beaches and the Islands of the Tuscan archipelago. The nearby village of Casole d'Elsa (5 km) offers various services, including banks, shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket.

Perfect. Comfortable beds. Perfect quiet rural location. Very well equipped and the outside space and pool were fabulous. Our host was always quick to respond and dealt with an issue we had had while there very quickly and well.

Toscana wie man sie sich wünscht

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Alleinlage mit toller Aussicht. Auch wenn die Straße nicht perfekt ist, ist die Anfahrt zum Haus es wert. Untypisch für Italien ist das Haus sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt dass der Eigentümer großen Wert auf Qualität gelegt hat. Der Pool und der Garten sind einfach nur toll. Hier muss man sich entspannen. Casole d‘Elsa ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit sehr netten Lokalen. Der Sevice der Hausverwaltung war einmalig! Ainoa hat sich vor der Anreise schon gemeldet, uns sehr nützliche Tipps zum Equipment im Haus und zur Anfahrt gegeben. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr herzlich und Ainoa war für uns immer per whatsapp erreichbar. Das findet man nur sehr sehr selten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, weil hier hat alles gepasst.

Maison parfaite … mais !

La maison est telle que décrite , même mieux. L’hôte, Ainoa de Villas in med , une société de gestion immobilière de l’endroit, est parfaite, accessible, professionnelle, attentive, le tout enrobé de ce charme à l’italienne qui fait d’elle le correspondant parfait. Gros point noir, le chemin d’accès. Long de 2,4 km et quasi impraticable pour une voiture « normale » ou de sport (comme la notre). Plutôt un suv ou un 4x4 donc. Pour autant qu’il ne pleuve pas … ce qui a été le cas pour nous (gros orages) … et donc, changement de maison à mi-séjour (chemin d’accès impraticable et canalisations bouchées). Toujours orchestré de main de maître par l’indispensable Ainoa qui nous trouve rapidement un autre logement. Que retenir ? Que Villas in Med est une société de gestion au top mais que Abritel est très incomplet dans son descriptif ce qui aurait pu nous occasionner de gros soucis si Ainoa et son équipe ne nous avait pas aidé. Pensez-y avant de réserver ou changer de voiture 😉🤷🏻‍♂️ Pour le reste, région superbe et à conseiller, bien entendu 🤩

Aangenaam verblijf in La Cambruna

Prima huisje. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Volledige rust. Prachtige locatie. Voldoende plaats voor zes personen. Enig minpunt: Moeilijk bereikbaar doordat de toegangsweg niet aangelegd is. Maar we komen zeker terug!
