La struttura si trova in un posto bellissimo, le case sono sistemate in modo che ogniuno abbia la propria privacy. La piscina è molto bella cos' come le aree verdi circostanti. L'arredo del bagno potrebbe essere migliorato e in alcune pareti l'intonaco sembra cedere.
