Prachtig gerenoveerd en mooi gelegen huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Verkijk je niet op de afstanden tot bezienswaardigheden. Meer dan 40 km per uur kun je niet afleggen op de kronkelige binnenwegen die je overigens een prachtig uitzicht verschaffen op de omgeving.

A fuller description is necessary mentioning the steep and very uneven access ramp to the property, the steep spiral staircase down to the lower level and the very steep ramp down to the lovely swimming pool. These were fine for fit able bodied people but my wife who is disabled had to be assisted in all these areas. The setting of this very spacious 400 year old house is astounding with views over the valley towards the high mountains and the railway viaduct.

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Roberta. Prachtige lokatie en een mooi, ruim huis. Rustig gelegen in een klein dorpje. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf een ruim terras op de heuvels en bergen van de Alpi Apuane. Mooi zwembad.

Bellissima struttura!

Casa ampia e spaziosa, determinante la presenza della bella piscina e molto godibile il terrazzo con bellissima vista. Paolo e Roberta davvero disponibili, gentili e cordiali! Qualche attenzione in più (materassi, cuscini e attrezzatura cucina) renderebbero il soggiorno praticamente perfetto!

Het is een heerlijk vakantiehuis met een heerlijk zwembad. De gastvrouw is superaardig en spreekt redelijk engels. Het huis ligt in een piepklein dorp op een half uur van een fatsoenlijke supermarkt. 's nachts een aantal keren last gehad van hondengeblaf van hondenkbaar uit de omgeving. De omgeving en het uitzicht is echter prachtig, midden in de apenijnen.

We werden zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij onthaald in het huis. Er stond een fles wijn voor ons klaar. Het is een zeer ruim en huis. De keuken is ruim en goed uitgerust. Boven zijn er twee slaapkamers met elk een badkamer. Het was heel warm toen wij daar waren, maar binnen in huis blijft het aangenaam koel. Het huis is prachtig gelegen, het uitzicht is supermooi. Zowel vanop het terras als van aan het zwembad kijk je uit over de bergen. Het zwembad wordt elke dag onderhouden. Er staan ligstoelen en er is aan het zwembad ook een overdekt terras met schaduw.Het huis ligt wel nogal afgelegen. Het dichtstbijzijnde supermarktje die naam waard is algauw een kwartiertje rijden (richting Equi Terme), maar in de buurt (zowel in Casola als in Pieve) vind je brood en een klein winkeltje met levensmiddelen.Wij maakten twee mooie wandelingen. De eerste vanuit Rifugio Val Serenaia naar Rifugio Orto di Donna. Mooi maar lastig. De tweede vanuit Campocatino.

Ruhige Lage, Pool sehr gepflegt, toller Blick in Weinberg und umliegende Berge, die Bahnlinie stört gar nicht. Idylle hat ihren Preis, 25km bis zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt, über 100km bis Likka und Pisa, italienisch zu sprechen ist von Vorteil, mit englisch kommt man im Ort nicht weit
