"Ficamos no quarto 7, o mesmo é pequeno, mas não foi o problema, o que nós chateou foi que o banheiro não possuía janela e tinha um forro com vários furinhos de onde vinha muito odor de mofo, para amenizar, tínhamos que deixar a porta sempre fechada."

"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

"What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. They insisted shampoo is just as good so gave out extra shampoo! Guess what, shampoo isn't the same, so I had to buy my own soap. The rooms open up motel style to the pool area, so lots of ants end up in the room. The pool is not maintained that great and is filled with bugs and plastic. The pool bar is okay, though. The area is in a good location, walkable...
