-Cancellations: A 120 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the reserved date forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to reserved date 50% of advance payment, less than 30 day prior to date cancellations no refund. However alt dates can be provided.
