"This is absolutely NOT anything as it is listed. This is a garage turned into an efficiency in someone’s private home. There are NO windows, NO A/C, NO access to the beach. I suppose there may be a pool, however you need to go down the road to find it. Also, the homeowners live in the house above you and you can hear their children and dog running around and barking. "

"My extended family gathered for a family memorial. Whether we were drifting in the pool, or sitting on the dock at sunset, or lounging in the family room while others cooked dinner, the house was so comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. Germaine was prompt and helpful and accurate in all communication. The master suite is luxurious, and we left the curtains open so we could wake up to the magical view of the gulf. "Disappointed overall. Beds were not as described. There were two twins and No pullout sofa. Lots of broken stuff. Leaking shower, coffee pot, etc . . .The solar film on the back windows was so old, it made it impossible to see. There really is no view of the beach anyway. All patio furniture was rotten and rusted. My daughter fell through one chair and the dining table had two broken chairs. The wooden deck that took you down to the beach was closed off for "repairs". "Best bang for buck ever. I dont think you will ever find a better view for the money. Beach is fabulous, sand is good but not as perfect as main attraction beach down the road (Siesta Key). House is small but perfect for 2 or even 4 (tight). Everything you need (beach towels, beach chairs, BBQ, outdoor dining set with umbrella, everything you could possibly need to cook on vacay, great parking, awesome walkway steps to private beach, 2 outdoor showers to clean sand/salt).
