Also, upholstered chair arms were filthy and torn in one place. It looked like property might be located in a questionable part of town, and the last straw was that the breakfast drink dispenser had an "out of order" sign on it. With all of that, we decided to find another place to stay. There was also a $100 "damage deposit" required on check-in because the reservation was made on Expedia, which wasn't returned until eight days later. I'm left with the impression that this is a poorly run inn. This was definitely the nastiest room we encountered on our entire trip. No refund was given for our non-stay."
