Hampton Inn Tulsa-Sand Springs
6/10 Okay
"Room was clean but smelled very musty, almost like wet dog and the carpeted floor felt... moist. Beds and bathroom were clean. The bathroom door slides and kept getting stuck so was difficult to close. The shower had low water pressure and water stayed luke warm. I was surprised when we arrived as no one was at the front desk, and when we checked in, we were told no information (e.g. breakfast time, checkout time.) Breakfast was good and it was nice having a late breakfast and checkout time.
I would stay here again if I had too, but would look else where first."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa West - Sand Springs by IHG
8/10 Good
"Staff was very friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was really good and had a good variety of breakfast items. The hotel is also located around a lot of stores and restaurants, overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!"
"Although located in Tulsa, you get a small town feel with this home. Our family stayed here during a moving transition from Tulsa to OKC. The property is very clean and well maintained. The neighbors are a bit questionable and there was a police visit to the neighbor's house while we were there. But, there were several people up and down the street walking or riding scooters. There were TV's in every room, plenty of towels, dishes, pans, etc. If you stay inside the unit, you are golden. If you look outside, just don't expect a serene view. The backyard is fenced and you can park in the back and lock the gate. There is a nice deck and patio furniture as well. The check out process was the star of this stay: I texted to ask what "chores" needed to be completed on check out. The host said, "We do not expect much of our guests, just lock the doors." Are you kidding me? There is usually a list of all the things the unit expects of you to accomplish before you rush the family out the door to continue your journey. Cleaning fee: 25, Pet fee: 20. That is SWEET!I would definitely stay here again. We were very pleased."
"The host was excellent with communication and the check in process. The home was clean, but not deep cleaned as one would expect. The yard was very over grown, so we didn’t spend a lot of time out there. I wouldn’t say the location is prime, as it took us 15-20 minutes to get to almost all the places we were traveling to during our stay. With all that being said, I would say the home is a 3 star review. The host was more than accommodating and a pleasure to work with, however, I am not sure we’d stay agin in the future."
The West Tulsa Residence, with a charming 1920s character and central location
10/10 Excellent
"Loved how clean and perfectly sized the house was for 2 (4) people. Also my husband was a hug fan of the coffee machine and the amenities of the kitchen. Lovely property and worth the money. Made Easter visit home fantastic. Only thing is email said key was under mat but it was in a lockbox near the door. That needs to be updated. "
