Friendly staff, was able to check in without speaking Portuguese. Downtown location is nice for the bars/ restaurants. There are clubs that you can hear the bass until 4-5am when they close down on the weekends, which was the only negative and could be due to room location.

Uma noite em claro...

Atendimento fraco na recepção, com falta de informação, inclusive como estávamos eu, minha esposa e filho e nesse momento a recepcionista trouxe mais uma toalha para nós mesmos levarmos para o quarto sem problemas até aí, mas o certo seria entregarem no quarto... Mas além disso, nós trouxeram no balcão sem embalagem e colocaram sobre o balcão que todo mundo passa... Tive que pedir desculpas por ser chato, mas pedi outra que pelo menos me entregaram na mão hehehe pedimos também um quarto silencioso na medida do possível, claro, mas nós colocaram ao lado de uma balada qualquer que teve música extremamente alta a noite toda! quarto limpo, mas cama e travesseiros, péssimo resultado uma noite sem dormir nada! café da manhã excelente!

Hotel muito bom, o quarto espaçoso e com janela, banheiro com ducha muito boa, café da manhã excepcional. O unico senão foi o barulho de som de um bar em frente, foi ate as 4h manhã, na sexta e no sábado, 18 e 19/julho/25.
