"Stunning Riad super convenient location and the staff make every effort to help the guests. The dinner was an absolute surprise in the best way possible, and it's a must do.on the stunning rooftop with amazing views of the surrounding areas. They also included a 1 hour tour with a very knowledgeable guide who took us around the medina (it's a crazy maze) and showered us a great spot for lunch. Highly recommend and I hope to come back to this place in the future. "

"We returned to Palais Fes Yahya after a couple of days in Chefchaouen as we had had such a lovely stay previously. It was like coming home to old friends!! The family helped us to arrange a last-minute visit to the Chouara Tanneries, before catching our train to Marrakesh. They really are a delightful family- so very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this authentic and beautiful riad if you are coming to Fes!!"

"I had the most amazing time! The Riad was lovingly restored with great attention to every detail from the cedar and plaster to the zelige and artwork. The staff is warm and inviting and helpful. The common areas and rooms are meticulously clean. The breakfast was delicious and made fresh in the Riad kitchen. The tour guides they recommended were top notch. "The hotel is under exterior renovation, but inside is spotless. Our room was quite spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants/bars. The busiest street is within walking distance distance. The nice shopping mall is also within walking distance. It has no parking, though. Staff can direct you to free night parking on the street."

"The hotel is in a great location! Across the street is a McDonald’s and a big shopping mall. It’s on a boulevard that makes it convenient for pickup and drop off. The rooms are well appointed and everything works. The staff was courteous, pleasant and professional. The restaurants have good and reasonable priced food. I had a very enjoyable stay. The pool was nice but the water was too cold. "

"Loud music 24/7 and they won’t turn it down even if you ask and the hotel was empty so I don’t understand why they behaved like this. Cleaners will shout down the corridor and flood the floors to clean in the afternoon- this is a falls hazard. Don’t bother calling the reception to ask them to turn the music off at 4am as there is never anyone at the desk for most of the day. Any business professionals or anybody looking to rest- don’t bother booking. And they won’t waive any fees for cancelling your stay with them despite the hotel making it hell. "
