"The property is very nice and has a great location. The view of the lake is very nice. There is a serious bug problem apparently during May. These blind mosquitoes are EVERYWHERE! They were somehow getting into our room through the bathroom window and you find bugs and wings all over the window sills and floor. This was unpleasant"

"Staff, cleanliness, food everything was great. This was my favorite place I stayed while there. And I stayed in other hotels. I was planning to move to Orlando. I just wasn’t able to use this hotel as an extended stay until I found me a place. Appreciate this hotel for giving me peace in knowing that there gonna take care of you in all aspects. This was my experience. "

"Enjoyed breakfast every morning, the breakfast staff was wonderful and the food delicious. We were visiting relatives so did not have lunch or dinner at the resort. Amenities were great, a lot to do. Would have been a little more convenient to get the pool towels at the pool instead of asking for one at the lobby desk every day and then having to return it there. We stayed last year and loved our room with the old world furniture, this year the rooms were nice but modern so they lacked the charm from last year. The bathrooms still have the tub/shower combination, here we would have liked a modern walk in shower. It's a beautiful resort, would definitely stay again. The front desk people need to be more friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like we were bothering them when we checked in and out!"
