There are several miles of trail, some are closed because of flood conditions, and a couple sections of boardwalk planks. There is a great variety of terrain from sawgrass marshes to pine flatwoods, bay swamp and oak hammock. The Fallen Log Crossing and Osprey Overlook trails are the must see parts of the preserve. You might luck out and see an osprey or eagle, or even a gopher tortoise. The front desk clerks were very nice. The room was a disability room, we did not request this kind of room, it was large and with a lot of details we welcomed. The breakfasts included a lot of choices we enjoyed. The only item that was not present to add to the excellent coffee was "a non dairy creamer". There're oatmilk, almond milk, coconut milk, and many others in the markets. We went to Publix and got some. Thanks for asking.
