"This hotel is in need of an update. What is updated seemed sort of botched. Our room was near a door that said no smoking yet people were using it to smoke which made the area smell of it. Check in staff was kind but we had to contact them for any questions and it seemed like more of a nuisance to help us. "

"I have stayed here several times and can say the cleanliness all the way to the customer service was top notch. You are only a stranger once. After that, you are family. Cindy, Jim, Bailey, and Melissa care about each person they serve, and Dax (a service dog in training) gives the best greetings when he is there. This will be my go to place when I need to come to Sheboygan."

"Room and bed were comfortable, but thermostat was a little hard to manage, finally got it right. Otherwise, it was a nice stay."

"Fireplace was warm. Parking in garage was good. We enjoyed the many games in the basement. Loved looking at and walking along Lake Michigan. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great weekend!"

"The staff was very friendly, the rooms offered coffee, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, mini-fridge. However, the double beds (not queens) were very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The curtains on the windows were partially broke and the bathroom door did not latch. In the morning I didn’t have a lot of hot water when taking a shower. Overall a disappointing place to stay. "

"I sent 2 of our employees here for a business trip and the one room was terrible. It has yellow, blood stained sheets. They moved her to a different room which smelled like smoke and had pubic hairs an stains on the toilet."

" It is restful to stay in a hotel that looks, smells, and feels clean. We especially wanted to make use of the pool and were relieved to find it was clean (unlike a recent experience in another lodging place)."
