"My family and I went here from August 19-22,2025 for a short coast get-away. The property is in a prime location and you couldn't get a much stunning view from our room window and the surrounding area. The room is a little dated, it has a carpet which we don't really mind because it doesn't have a "wet carpet smell". The bathroom is also dated, but functionable. When we booked this hotel, we are not expecting much,we just want a room with an ocean view so we can hear the ocean waves and see the sunset. The stairs going down the beach is also not bad, 131 steps to be exact. It's a good cardio for sure. The pool has a 7ft deep which is great and we enjoyed the hot tub outside. The beds are comfy enough for a good sleep, lots of pillows and clean white sheets. It's very close to shops, restaurants and 7mins from Lincoln outlet mall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, even though they are lacking AC..the breeze and the fan definitely is enough, just wish you can atleast open the window halfway. The beach is amazing!!! No sand flies so you can sit there for hours without anything biting you. We will definitely book with this place again. It's fair price in a good location."

"The home provided everything for all ages. You needed for nothing. It was well kept and provided room to spread out and enjoy multiple things going on. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. Each couple had privacy and kids had a fort/cave hideout that they enjoyed. We loved our stay. "
"This place was so amazing- the views are just incredible, the location is perfect, the beds are so comfy and cooking in the kitchen while you just look out at the ocean is perfect for any ocean login mama! I even saw a whale come up and blow some air! you won’t be disappointed in this one. "
"The location is perfect and the house is nice and big to accommodate 3 living spaces for our family. I also liked having a large table to sit at together. The garage had basketball and ping pong which was a draw for me with the kids but it needed to be cleaned. The foosball table was broken. A good sweeping would help and remove broken items or fix them. The main things like bedding and bathrooms were fine but the floors needed better cleaning. "
