"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels.
It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform.
In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above.
The place does not allow to walk with ski boots but we didn't get access to the boots area to store our skies and boots...
I was almost forgetting, broken shower indeed!

"The place was exceptionally clean, fresh and modern. The amenities were wonderful. A great bar and brilliant restaurant. I also took use of the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Don’t forget to use the outside sauna with a view of the mountains. Also the people that work here are lovely, from the restaurant to reception desk to the cleaners. Very convenient parking below the building with Lift access to your room."

The only handicap of this hotel is there is no parking area for their guests. You have to go to find the private car park which is close by but need to pay 20€ per day!"

From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. "Our stay was very enjoyable. The welcome was very friendly and this continued throughout. They were on hand to answer questions and help with restaurant reservations etc. The room was spacious and clean and we appreciated having the spa to use in the afternoons. A great find in Val D’Isere. "
