The room was clean and the amenities were great although some rooms only had bathtubs that are not fully enclosed. Breakfast was delicious and eggs are made to order. Thanks to Cécilia who made us feel extra welcomed and she made really good coffees!"

"We had the most wonderful and memorable family holiday at this beautiful villa overlooking Lake Annecy. We were lucky enough to share the villa with all of our four children, their partners and our grandchildren, and it was the perfect setting for bringing everyone together. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found somewhere very special. The villa was beautifully appointed, comfortable and spacious, with everything we could have wished for to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The views over Lake Annecy were absolutely breathtaking and we never tired of sitting outside and talking in the scenery. The swimming pool was fantastic and became a real favourite with both the children and adults. The location was absolutely perfect for a family holiday, with the lake providing endless opportunities for swimming, paddle boarding and all sorts of activities and adventures. There are also some lovely local restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy wonderful meals without having to travel far. What made the holiday particularly special was having the space and setting for three generations of our family to spend family time together. There were so many happy moments, laughter and memories that we will treasure for years to come. A truly beautiful villa in a fantastic location, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a very special family holiday. Thank you to the owners for creating such a special place. We really didn’t want to leave."

"We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfectly situated in the heart of Talloires - their private beach was a perfect place to spend the day and swim in the lake avoiding the crowds. The rooms were clean, modern and had air conditioning which was critical to have during a heat wave. Access to the pool, steam room and sauna were a great inclusion in our stay along with dining on the patio overlooking the lake. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area and we hope to return one day!"

"Un peu déçu car nous pensions que l'appartement était en rez-de-jardin alors qu'il se situe au 1er étage de la maison.La maison n'est pas situé sur les bords du lac mais ce trouve sur les hauteurs à 1.5 kms du lac comme précisé dans l'annonce des propriétaires. Le séjour fut quand même agréable malgré la petite déception.La vue est magnifique et l'endroit bien calme.Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de ranger nos vélos dans un local fermé.Les hôtes sont toujours disponibles ce qui est très appréciable."

"I stayed at this apartment in Duingt with my family of 4. The view of the lake is incredible and the apartment has everything you need with the exception of air conditioning. We were lucky to be there between two major heat waves but the day time temperature was still quite warm (29-30C), so sleeping at night was a challenge. You can get a good breeze coming through the apartment which helps alot, but at night there are no screens so you tend to get some harmless bugs coming into the apartment. Other than that, the place is very nice with a recently renovated bathroom and everything you need in the kitchen. It's a 10-minute drive to supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants. There is a dock area with boats and you have access to swim in the lake, but it gets deep very quickly. Instead, you can walk about 5-10 minutes to a nice grassy beach area next to the castle and swim there (depth is about 1 meter). I would definitely stay there again as long as it's not too hot!"
