"This is a gem in Boerne! First thing I’ll say is that everything in the listing is 100% correct and accurate. In fact, the place looks even better than the pictures! The house is 4 individual suites - 2 that are 2BR and 2 that are 1 BR. All suites come with bathroom and microwave and fridge. Plus there’s a separate kitchenette everyone can meet up in and a lovely backyard and a front porch. Plenty of space for parking. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops and the river. It felt cozy and safe. Access was super easy. Communications with the host was excellent. They would reply within minutes. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!"

"THIS IS A GREAT, QUIET, COMFY PLACE!!! A good deal for the money!!!The only bummer about this place was the cleanliness of the floors. I like to go barefoot, and kept having to wash my feet due to the dirty floors. The bathroom was the worst. Hair and gunk hadn't been swept up before we arrived. I learned later that the owner had a new housekeeper, so maybe she just forgot to clean the floors? "
