Really nicely maintained and thoughtful amenities. Clean room and has an in-room A/C that keeps it cooled well. Location was very convenient as we were visiting friends in Fair Oaks Ranch and Boerne.

We didn't meet the host, but the directions to the unit and the ease of entry were very clear. The unit was so neat, clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed. We had a great stay.

Perfect for a couple!

We loved our stay! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was beautiful and had great water pressure, and everything needed was provided. The property and neighborhood is beautiful and really enjoyed the deer.

The room was very comfortable and well stocked. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee machine and a nice large screen TV. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place!

I truly enjoyed my month long stay at Steve and Roberta’s property. They really thought about everything a guest would need and the location is gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for me while I worked on research. Lovely people and lovely location.

Very Pleasant Accomodations

The property was exactly as pictured, VERY nice, well appointed. Location was great for us - we were spending most of our time in Boerne. Loved the area - deer all around- super quiet. Check-in was clearly explained- everything went very smoothly with our comings and goings.Glad I chose to make reservations here!

Labor Day Weekend Stay

This was perfect, cute place to stay while we were in town to hike Guadalupe River State Park. Room had all the essentials to make the stay easier (mini fridge/freezer, microwave, iron). Would def come back and recommend to friends!

Great place to stay!

We were very impressed with our accommodations. The room was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and appealing. Woke up with deer in the yard. It was peaceful and pleasant. We would recommend this for that weekend get away!!!

Very nice, will stay again

We needed a place to stay near our son. We opted for the one bedroom option (there is also a 2 bedroom option with the same host). It is a nice, clean space. The bed is comfortable. The host offered more amenities than we needed. Highly recommend!

Peaceful!

Beautiful location with great amenities. Loved having the deer and geese greet us in the morning. The property is quiet and peaceful and the room had everything we needed. Owner answers emails promptly and we received instructions that were very precise and easy to follow. We hope to stay again.

The check in and check out process was easy. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable king size bed. Safe location in a neighborhood. The neighborhood is about 7 miles off of I-10 but that is clear in the location described. There was a portable a/c window unit which really want an issue and provided white noise.

Deer Meadow Estates

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was super clean, quiet and relaxing. They had a full coffee bar in the room, a fridge stocked with waters and bathroom toiletries available. One evening, there was a huge buck in the backyard just hanging out! So quiet and peaceful there but still super close to all the cool things in Boerne. Hope to stay there again sometime.

Wonderful stay and hosts

Everything was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood and property. The room had everything we needed. We chose to eat at nearby restaurants but the property had a nice outdoor setup. The room was equipped with coffee, water, fridge and microwave if you needed to store an item or pop in some quick snacks. We'd stay again. The hosts were wonderful.

Beautiful Setting in a Quiet Neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fair Oaks Ranch. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were able to invite my sister and her husband over for a lunch and used the outdoor kitchen to cook fajitas. It was so nice and peaceful there. Room and bed were comfortable. Fridge was bigger than the small ones in a hotel. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this beautiful space while traveling to see Sting and Billy Joel in concert in San Antonio. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. The deer that would occasionally wonder through the yard and neighborhood were fun to watch. Steve was a wonderful host and the room was well stocked with water, coffee and other items.We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended!!

Anniversary - 43rd

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Steve and Roberta thought of every detail. Everything was spotlessly clean. All our needs were met. We spent a lot of time outside in the grilling area and it had everything we needed. It’s amazing the wildlife in immediate area. It seemed like deer were always in the yard. There were birds of all kinds. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We loveed just sitting around watching the wildlife. Our stay very much exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay and look forward to staying there again if we are in the area.

Peace and quiet.

Def loved the space. Coming from Austin I was surprised how quiet it was here. I wasn’t aware how far it was from all the major cities but I loved it. The space itself was perfectly sized for my girlfriend and I. The instructions to get there and get inside were spot on. Didn’t really need to contact the host outside of asking a clarification on the check out time due to the time change. Def will be back if I go back to the area

Super Clean

Place is SUPER clean. I'd stay there again if I were in the area. The coffee, bottled water, shampoo, etc was all a very nice touch and the cleanliness was superb. It may have been me, but I feel like the room is a little smaller than I was expecting - I wouldn't have minded a little more of an upfront explanation of where the guest room would be....Also, the owner was very friendly but I could hear him working (sawing wood) in the garage....I would have preferred to not hear that. The property lies in a great neighborhood that is quite a ways from most things.
