Very grand
"We were pleasantly surprised by lovely the hotel was. Our room quadruple room was excellent. Perfect for our family of 4. The pool was amazing with pool bar and breakfast was good. The surroundings were very nice"

"While the evening staff was very welcoming and the room large, everything else in this hotel was extremely disappointing. The shower was tiny and the water flow was hardly a drizzle. "Positives: service was fast and friendly. Nicola was very helpful of where to visit in LUCERA and help with luggage. Breakfast pastries were fresh and coffee great.
