55-meter detached air-conditioned villa with oak garden

New construction. Comfortable, new furniture and bedding. Living room with kitchen where nothing is missing. Small laundry with washing machine, iron, etc ... bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. We tried to put every possible comfort while remaining functional and charming. On a plot with lawn to relax on sun loungers, garden furniture, a hammock in the shade of an oak. Barbecue hard to make delicious grilled with vine shoots. Ideal for nature lovers or for people looking for serenity. Yet close to Ajaccio with its casino and shops. The hamlet of Tiuccia 10 minutes with shops, doctors, pharmacy, post etc ... Close to the beaches and Liamone Liscia. Many restaurants and huts on the seafront. River 15 min. Hiking trails. Close to the remarkable site of the creeks of Piana. And although we are not far from the beaches, you can enjoy our beautiful Corsican goats and our asses! Because do not forget the Corsican is a mountain in the sea and in few kilometers the landscapes and the vegetation are completely diverse and varied. We will gladly show you the places outside the box .... wonders yet to discover our beautiful island!

Pure bliss

The property is very lovely, the host is really nice. Everything you would need is provided and in splendid condition. Nice and quiet surroundings on a beautiful island. Calanques de Piana is gorgeous and a variety of beaches are closeby. Restaurant U Castellu a must. Hands down an awesome two weeks spend here. Thank you monsieur Le Foulon!!

Nice stay in a beautiful Corsican Village

The house was beautiful- everything new and clean. The pictures of the outside area was a bit misleading as the furniture had no pads on it, and the view had an overgrown hedge in the back. You will not get the view from the photo, which I think was taken from the owner’s property ( not where the rental is) The owner is super nice though.

A wonderful house

A wonderful spotlessly clean house which is worth every penny: high quality interior equipment, everything one could wish for, perfect for anybody to feel comfortable. A very generous and beautifully landscaped garden!!!! A lovingly put together welcome hamper awaited us upon arrival. The landlords are unbelievably helpful and at the same time discreet. You can approach them anytime you need help. Their daughter Corali even accompanied us to the doctors when our daughter fell ill. We had everything you could dream of and more!!! Thanks a million Philippe and Isabelle for the unforgtable time. If there were six stars to be given you would get them. Kindest regards Barbara, Simon and Elisa

Un petit paradis entre mer et montagne nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel d'une dizaine de jours.L'hébergement est totalement indépendant et très agréable à vivre avec une belle terrasse , un grand jardin des prestations haut de gamme et une literie excellente. A quelques minutes du golfe de Sagone et ses magnifiques plages. Et pour les amoureux de la nature de nombreuses et belles randonnées. Très bon accueil de notre hôte, contact très agréable. Herrlicher Aufenthalt

Es war fantastisch in dem ruhig gelegenen, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus auf die Berge zu schauen, dem Vogelgezwitscher zuzuhören, das Frühstück auf der Terasse einzunehmen und in nur 10 Minuten am Strand zu sein. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und entgegenkommend und wir haben uns trotz unserer nicht vorhandenen Französischkenntnisse gut verstanden. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen, für alle, die weit ab vom Tourismustrubel Korsika genießen möchten.

Schöner und erholsamer Rückzugsort

Für einige mag die Unterkunft etwas abseits liegen, wer jedoch Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit mehr ausgestattet, als man braucht. Der Vermieter ist ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und gibt wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Comme à la maison avec le soleil en plus

Très belle location récente et spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Philippe pour son chaleureux accueil. L extérieur est très agréable, endroit calme à 10 mn de la mer en voiture et à 5 mn des sentiers de randonnées. Nous reviendrons assurément. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance. Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir je hatten. Chic eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Ruhig, schöner eigener Garten mit Blick auf Berge und Dorf (nur das Bild mit Meerblick stimmt nicht). Unser Aufenthalt bei Philippe war super schön. Das Haus ist hell, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die direkte Umgebung ist ruhig, in ca. 15 Minuten kann man einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder den Strand erreichen. Es ist außerdem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in dieser Region.

Wunderbare Tage

Das Haus, ruhig gelegen, war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Austattung war sehr gut und es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick auf Casaglione und die korsische Bergwelt war wunderbar. Philippe, unser Gastgeber, stand für Fragen und Tipps immer zur Verfügung und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Einfach wunderbar

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche. Die Sicht ist traumhaft. Philippe, der Vermieter ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Der Strand, eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto, war fast menschenleer, das Meer sauber. Unterhalb des Hauses führt ein kleines Sträßchen vorbe; der spärliche Verkehr störte in keiner Weise. Wir habe jede Stunde genossen und können das Haus aus ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Wundervoll

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt. Angefangen von dem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Phillipe über das sehr gut ausgestattete, ruhige Haus in dem nix fehlte bis zu der unbeschreiblich schönen Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt bald wieder!

Herzlicher Empfang, tolles Ferienhaus, Super-Erholung

Vielen lieben Dank für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Angefangen bei einem Gastgeber (und nicht nur Vermieter), der immer ein nettes Wort für uns hatte und stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht war, weiter mit einem wunderschönen Objekt, das wirklich in jeder Hinsicht über-komplett ausgestattet ist. Da macht es schon fast nichts mehr aus, dass wir (im November) etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten und viel Regen aushalten mussten. Einziger Wermutstropfen: im Ort gibt es weder Bäcker noch Restaurant, dafür muss man 15 Minute Autofahrt in den Nachbarort auf sich nehmen. Im Gegenzug gibt es so viel Ruhe wie man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und richtig gut erholt.

Location conforme à l'annonce, bien équipée avec jardin ombragé, idéalement située pour visiter l'ouest de la Corse. Départs de randonnées depuis la maison. Propriétaires à l'écoute. Nous vous recommandons la visite du vignoble de Trémica, accessible à pied : production de grande qualité, réalisée dans le respect du temps et de la nature.
